President

As President of our firm, Phillip oversees our growth and direction. He advises business and individual clients in all aspects of financial management. Phillip's focus is on minimizing corporate and individual taxes thereby helping our clients build and preserve wealth.

Phillip has had an integral role in forming and reorganizing many companies in the Triad. By working closely with the principals and their legal counsel, he has been able to advise clients of the best structure to meet their needs and has assisted in obtaining financing and in turnarounds.

Phillip is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Phillip has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Mars Hill College.

His interests include woodworking, home restoration, painting and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
